Full Package Production Clothing Manufacturer – FUSH˚
We have 2 FPP factories, one in Belgrade, one in Oraovica. However, to be a proper full package production manufacturer, having the right people in your factories is paramount. Introducing FUSH˚ experts.
Our design team has created numerous design solutions for our clients, most notably Robin Bacstrom and his company YLDR, an ever-growing esportswear brand from Sweden. Read about our cooperation in more detail in this case study.
Our pattern, grading, and modeling experts have made countless patterns, recreated numerous clothing samples that our clients have sent their way.
Sometimes, having great machinery helps.
We have 8 circular knitting machines so instead of sourcing fabrics, we are making them at a speed of 312 kg/hour. That’s enough fabric to make over 2000 t-shirts. Quite useful for when you suddenly need to order more pieces short term.
We are well versed in making recycled polyester fabrics and organic cotton fabrics.
As far as the rest of the process, these are our steps:
- Dyeing fabric rolls
- Cutting fabric rolls with a robotic cutter machine
- Dye-sublimation printing on cut fabric segments
- Quality control
Send us enquiry to learn our price estimate and lead times for your potential order (MOQ = 150 pcs/design).
When to Choose an FPP Clothing Manufacturer?
This production method is an ideal choice if you know how to build a brand from the marketing and PR perspective but not as much from the technical one.
Bespoke production costs more than white-label or wholesale production because of more steps being involved in the process. So if you want to cut costs but still don’t want generic clothes on your hands, try and solve the design part on your own.
What Makes FUSH˚ Stand Out as an FPP Garment Manufacturer?
Talking about being an eco friendly clothing manufacturer, we are constantly striving to do more in that respect. Read more about it on our sustainability-dedicated page.
Also, getting clothes from FUSH˚ means that you are getting them only from our 2 factories in Serbia, one in Belgrade and one in Oraovica. As a result, your customers know who are they buying the garments from.
The lowest hourly wage at FUSH˚ is 20% higher than the legally required national minimum wage in Serbia. Overtime is not the condition for achieving a full salary and is always paid at a premium rate. Moreover, there are incentives that are part of the company culture and are not required by law: birthday, marriage, and childbirth allowances.
So not only that you are getting to work with an FPP clothing manufacturer, you are getting to work with a sustainable and ethical clothing manufacturer. Below is a contact form that we encourage you to fill out. It doesn’t cost you anything to ask how much.
