In fact, sampling is the necessary first step if you’re working with us for the first time. We charge this service 100% in advance and we charge each sample €100.

As we make our own materials, definitely yes.
We source our GRS-certified PET yarn from a reputable Taiwanese company Far Eastern New Century Corporation so again, definitively yes.
We source GOTS-certified organic cotton yarn from a reputable Turkish company UZ Pamuk A.S. so that’s a third yes.

You can find both companies either in the GOTS or Textile Exchange’s GRS database.

It’s a certificate that proves that the fabric is made from yarns made from organic cotton.

The more the better. Ideally, we need a full tech pack. If you require us to print or embroider logos or to apply any type of design on clothing, you’d have to send us a vector file with the artwork and a technical drawing of the garment that shows the exact position of that artwork. We won’t be able to start sampling or production unless you do.

No, we don’t. However, our archive has more than enough tech packs to provide you with any garment you imagine.

Having said that, we don’t have finished items in stock and it will take some time to make your order. Still, it will be done quite fast.

Absolutely. Since our fabric production capacity is 2.5 tonnes/day for one fabric in one pattern, it’s more than possible. You can get bamboo, organic cotton, and recycled polyester fabric, and more. Enquire further in the contact form below.

We have 2 factories in Serbia (South-Eastern Europe). There’s not a single segment of garment production that happens outside these facilities. As manufacturers with factories in Europe, we can help clothing brands improve their CSR rating.

Usually no. In case you are not a legal entity that has a VAT and an EORI number, we can’t do business with you.
In case you are a startup but already have a legal business setup and a budget to facilitate at least our MOQ, then we would most likely work with you.

The delivery is not affected negatively by the fact that Serbia isn’t an EU member. There’s more paperwork, but the paperwork is handled on our part.

Serbia has signed a free trade agreement with the EU so the only fee that you are supposed to pay is the fixed customs clearance fee. They never cost more than 100€ regardless of the value of your order.

When we can, we’ll handle both the delivery and dealing with the customs ourselves. Meaning our drivers will deliver your order to your doorstep.
When we can’t, we send orders by FedEx and DHL.
