European Clothing Manufacturer
We are FUSH˚ – a European ethical and sustainable custom clothing manufacturer from Serbia. Whether you need OEM, CMT, or FPP manufacturing, we got you covered. We produce and deliver high-quality garments and fabrics to clothing brands, retailers, fashion designers, events, companies, and institutions. Get in touch with us and let us know about your project.
With 2 clothing factories in Europe, we are an ideal choice for clothing brands looking to reduce their carbon footprint and
improve their CSR rating. Also, there’s a good chance your product will sell better with the Made In Europe label.
- MOQ is as low as 100 pieces per design in any size *our face mask production capacity is significantly higher, due to the amount of fabric spent on one mask.
- The lead time for one sample is 2 weeks
- The monthly production range of our garment factories is up to 70k pieces a month
- Our fabric production capacity is up to 2.5 tonnes a day (1 yarn type/combination in 1 knitting pattern)
For the past 15 years, we’ve helped various clothing brands and organisations grow their business and reputation. Take a look at one of our case studies and learn more. Learn what we do and what it takes to become one of the
sustainable clothing manufacturers.
On our FPP page, you can read all about us as full package production manufacturers.
We have both the personnel and the machinery to meet your demands. Visit our
textile machinery page to read what garment-making machines we work with.
We are specialized in making
activewear and sportswear. Most of our clients since 2005 have either been running events, marathons, sports clubs, agencies that provide sporting goods, or sportswear/activewear brands. That’s not to say that we only make those types of clothes. We’re more than comfortable making casual wear and streetwear. Some of which you can see on our
hoodie manufacturers page.
As far as the technical aspect of our industry is concerned, you can rely on us when:
- You need consistent quality for mass production (we’re in the industry since 2005 and we’ve automatised every aspect of production that allows it)
- You are on a lookout for a sustainable and ethical clothing manufacturer
- You want to source greater volumes of fabrics made on circular knitting machines (interlock, mesh, single jersey, double jersey, combed, rib and more)
- You’re interested in dye sublimation printing with fluorescent colours (something that wasn’t possible until early 2020)
In 2005, we started our journey in the basement of an apartment building and all we could do at the time were the simplest cut make trim operations (CMT). Our entire workforce was 5 people, including the owner.
Over the next 12 years, our client base grew in volume and demand, which inspired our first expansion. With it, we started relying more on ourselves and stopped outsourcing some of the operations. Our workforce increased tenfold. That was in 2018.
As soon as next year, we were able to expand again, this time to a former textile factory in south-eastern Serbia. That’s when we became fully independent so that our current clients can rely on us to cover the entirety of the clothing manufacturing process. And the FUSH family grew more, we’re 160-strong and counting. This make us fully capable to manufacture on demand clothing in addition to our regular services.
We aim to:
Continue investing in new technologies that will expand our range of products & services and increase the efficiency of our production.
Work towards becoming a zero-waste company and continually reduce our CO2 emission by expanding our fleet with CNG-powered vehicles and switching to dyeing materials with the CO2 technology and other sustainable alternatives to the traditional fabric dyeing methods. To that effect, in the spring/summer of 2021, we’ll start using solar power in our factory in Oraovica, south-eastern Serbia.
Continue expanding in areas with the lowest employment rates in the country while regularly paying living wages to our growing workforce.
Direct a significant portion of the company revenue due to expanded production capabilities to start attaining important certificates such as SMETA GOTS.
Establish our B2C child company PUSH as a global competitor in the world of premium activewear and sportswear.
Doing the right thing: We are treating the people and the Planet kindly. And we intend to do the right thing as we expand. In fact, we intend to increase all our workers’ salaries.
Keeping it personal: Ever since the first order, we treat all our clients as if they’re our one and only client. We pride ourselves on being 100% transparent. That’s why all our clients are free to visit our facilities at any time, both announced and unannounced. That will not change even in the face of rapid expansion. It did change during the pandemic but that’s a classic case of force majeure. Still, under controlled circumstances as far as safety measures against the virus are concerned, visits are still possible.
Quality is King: We believe that with the right quality comes the right client, which further strengthens all our other values. Participating in the race to the bottom that has destroyed our industry would only compromise everything we stand for. Therefore focusing on high-quality garments at a slightly higher price is our only way forward.
We provide completely customised and personalised textile solutions from the initial design concept to the finished garment.
Custom clothing manufacturing (OEM), FPP (full package production), CMT production, sample making, labelling, fabric production, sublimation, screen printing, packing, and delivery are all part of our services.

To put it simply, they turn yarn into fabric. A red circular knitting machine you saw in the video has 5000 needles and is capable of making 23 kg of interlock fabric in 8 hours.
Once for an awesome organisation "Potpiši Prodiši" (“Signatures for Better Air” would be the closest translation) and once for Belgrade Marathon and their efforts to help people with disabilities have better access to sporting facilities. The campaign of 34th instalment of this race is called "Bez Barijera" (Without Barriers).
