Here, in FUSH, we have – OM Fridays. Yes, we are talking about practicing yoga, at work and in style.
Here at FUSH we know the importance of mind and body balance. We believe that producing the best sportswear requires happy people. For some, such as most of our male staff, this means leaving early on Fridays and joining the company sponsored game of football. You can see them play in their personalized T-shirts. For most of the ladies working at FUSH, relaxation might include a ball, but the one for yoga.
“Hatha Yoga is great in relieving stress while at the same time it strengthens mind and body,” said Katarina Brankovic, a certified yoga teacher and the instructor of Yoga in FUSH. According to Brankovic, some of the other benefits of yoga include increased joint and muscular flexibility, as well as improved self-awareness and focus on the present moment. People who practice yoga are generally happier and healthier.
Nowadays, the whole company closes for business early on Fridays, to make room for the practice of joyful mindfulness. Typical yoga practice in FUSH lasts for an hour and a half, and everyone is welcome. There is a lot of stretching, keeping posture with a smile on a face, and destressing.
